Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as updated by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and 2026 regulations effective January 1, 2026, gives California residents significant rights over their personal information. Lendifi.io respects these rights for all U.S. consumers, not just California residents.

Under the CCPA, "selling" personal information includes sharing it with third parties in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. When you submit a loan inquiry on Lendifi.io, we transmit your information to lender partners in our network who may compensate us when they accept your lead. This may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law.

If you submitted our form, you consented to this sharing at the time of submission. You may revoke that consent at any time using the opt-out request above. Revoking consent stops future sharing but does not affect lenders who already received your information under your prior consent.

Once we process your opt-out request:

• Your email and phone number will be added to our internal suppression list within 10 business days
• We will not transmit your information to any new lender partners
• We will send you a confirmation email once your request has been processed
• Your suppression status will remain active indefinitely: you do not need to re-submit annually

Important limitation: Opting out prevents future sharing by Lendifi.io. However, lenders who already received your information before your opt-out have their own independent consent records and may continue contacting you under those records. To stop communications from a specific lender, you must contact that lender directly.

We are not required to delete information we are legally obligated to retain, including TCPA consent records which must be kept for a minimum of five years.

The following categories of personal information may be collected and shared with lender partners when you use Lendifi.io:

• Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, IP address
• Financial information: self-reported income range, loan amount requested, credit score range, employment status, loan type
• Geolocation data: ZIP code and state derived from your submission
• Internet activity: browser type, device type, referral source, time of submission
• Inferences: lender eligibility profile derived from the above information

We do not collect Social Security numbers, full bank account details, tax returns, or hard credit bureau data. All financial information is self-reported by the consumer.

If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person as an authorized agent, you must provide written documentation demonstrating your authority to act on their behalf. Please email legal@lendifi.io with the subject line "Authorized Agent Request" and include the following:

• A signed letter from the consumer authorizing you to act on their behalf
• The consumer's full name and contact information
• The specific right or rights you are requesting to exercise

We will verify the request before processing. Unverified agent requests will not be honored.

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests (particularly deletion and data access requests). We will ask you to confirm the email address and/or phone number associated with your submission. We will not ask for your Social Security number or financial account numbers to verify your identity.

For opt-out requests, we do not require identity verification, we will process the request based on the contact information provided.
