Lendifi is run by its founder through Apex Lead Group LLC, a small Utah company. I write and review the guides on this site.
Why it exists
I carried roughly $10,000 in credit card debt. I paid every month and watched the balance barely move. A fixed-rate personal loan is what finally cleared it.
Getting that loan taught me a few things. I missed the origination fee until I was at the signing table with the papers in front of me, and I signed anyway. Some lenders pushed so hard that I walked away for that reason alone. What I actually wanted was simple: several offers in front of me at once, so I could look at them side by side and choose.
That is what Lendifi is built around. Lendifi is not a lender. We connect you with lending partners, and those partners pay us. You can see exactly how we make money, and every guide follows our editorial policy. Partners do not write or approve what we publish.
What I will and won't do
I will
- Tell you plainly how Lendifi makes money.
- Keep lending partners out of our guides. They do not write or approve them (see our editorial policy).
- Remind you that nothing is binding until you sign, and that you can walk away.
- Fix mistakes when you point them out.
I won't
- Promise you a credit score, an approval, or a rate. Lenders make those decisions.
- Pretend to be a lender. Lendifi does not make loans.
- Partner with payday lenders, car title lenders, or tribal lenders.
- Refer people who live in New York to lending partners. We do not currently do that.
