Terms of Service

Lendifi.io is a loan comparison marketplace operated by Apex Lead Group LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Utah ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that Lendifi.io's role is limited to connecting you with potential lenders and that any resulting loan relationship is solely between you and the lender.

To use Lendifi.io and submit a loan inquiry, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in our form
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your state of residence

By submitting a loan inquiry, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or who provides false or misleading information.

When you submit our loan inquiry form, the following occurs:

• Your information is validated and checked for duplicates
• Your profile is matched against our network of lender partners based on their eligibility criteria (credit score, loan amount, state, loan type, and income)
• Your information is transmitted in real time to matched lenders via secure API connections
• Lenders review your inquiry and may respond with a loan offer, a request for more information, or a declination
• Accepted offers are displayed to you on our website

Rate estimates shown in our savings calculator and on the offers page are estimates only based on self-reported data and average market rates. They do not constitute a loan offer, a guaranteed rate, or a credit decision. Actual rates depend on a full credit review by the lender and are subject to change.

Lendifi.io does not pull your credit. If you continue to a partner or lender, that company may check your credit under its own terms, and a hard inquiry can lower your score.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our service. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including misrepresenting your income, employment status, credit score, or identity, is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable federal and state law.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or flag any submission that we reasonably believe contains inaccurate or fraudulent information, and to report suspected fraud to appropriate authorities.

By checking the consent checkbox and submitting our form, you expressly consent to be contacted by Lendifi.io and our lender partners regarding your loan inquiry. This includes contact by phone call, text message, and email, including through automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages, at the contact information you provided.

This consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may opt out at any time by emailing legal@lendifi.io with the subject "Opt Out." For full details, see our TCPA Disclosure.

Lendifi.io is completely free to use for consumers. We do not charge you any fee to submit a loan inquiry, view offers, or be matched with lenders. We are compensated by lender partners when a consumer inquiry is accepted.

Any fees associated with a loan, including origination fees, interest, prepayment penalties, or other charges, are set entirely by the lender, not by Lendifi.io, and will be disclosed to you as part of the lender's offer before you apply. Always review a lender's full loan agreement before accepting any offer.

Our lender partners are independent third parties. Lendifi.io does not:

• Endorse or guarantee any lender or their products
• Control the terms, rates, fees, or availability of any loan offer
• Guarantee the accuracy of information provided by lenders
• Accept liability for any lender's actions, decisions, or communications

Once your information is transmitted to a lender, that lender's own terms of service and privacy policy govern your relationship with them. We encourage you to review each lender's terms carefully before proceeding with a loan application.

You agree not to use Lendifi.io to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Submit inquiries on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
• Attempt to circumvent our deduplication or fraud detection systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the site for commercial purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate access to Lendifi.io for any user who violates these terms.

All content on Lendifi.io, including the design, logo, copy, savings calculator, and code, is owned by Apex Lead Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Lead Group LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Lendifi.io, including but not limited to:

• Loan denials or unfavorable loan terms from lenders
• Financial losses resulting from any loan you obtain through our service
• Unauthorized access to your personal information
• Errors or inaccuracies in the savings calculator or rate estimates
• Interruptions or errors in the website or API

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apex Lead Group LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of Lendifi.io; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your submission of false or fraudulent information; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Lendifi.io shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Lendifi.io after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
