Lendifi.io is not a lender. We are a lead generation and loan comparison marketplace operated by Apex Lead Group LLC. We do not originate loans, make credit decisions, set interest rates, or determine loan terms. We connect consumers with independent, licensed third-party lenders who make all lending decisions. Matching you with a lender through Lendifi.io does not guarantee loan approval or any particular rate.
Operating Entity
Apex Lead Group LLC is registered as a domestic limited liability company in the State of Utah. The company operates Lendifi.io as an internet-based lead generation platform serving consumers nationwide.
What Lendifi.io Is — and Is Not
Understanding the nature of our service is important for consumers. The following disclosures clarify our role:
Lendifi.io is NOT any of the following: a bank, credit union, mortgage broker, mortgage lender, insurance company, investment advisor, securities broker, consumer reporting agency, or financial institution of any kind.
Lendifi.io IS a lead generation company. Specifically, we operate a consumer-facing website that collects loan inquiries from prospective borrowers and transmits those inquiries — with the borrower's express written consent — to a network of independent, licensed lenders who may then contact the borrower with loan offers.
Our compensation model is performance-based: we receive payment from lenders when they accept a consumer lead. We do not charge consumers any fee. This compensation structure may influence which lenders we prioritize in our matching algorithm, though we strive to present the most relevant lender options for each consumer's profile.
Because we are a lead generator and not a lender, we are not required to hold a lending license, mortgage broker license, or money transmitter license in connection with the services we provide on Lendifi.io. Our service is limited to collecting and transmitting consumer inquiries with consent.
Lender Partner Licensing
All lenders in the Lendifi.io network are independent third parties who are responsible for holding all licenses required to originate loans in the states where they operate. Lendifi.io does not guarantee, represent, or warrant the licensing status of any lender partner.
Before accepting a loan offer: We strongly encourage consumers to verify that any lender who contacts them is properly licensed to operate in their state. You can verify lender licensing through your state's financial regulatory agency or the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) at nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
Lender partners in our network may include, but are not limited to, the following types of institutions:
- State-chartered banks and credit unions
- Federally chartered banks and credit unions
- State-licensed consumer lenders
- State-licensed mortgage brokers and lenders (for mortgage products)
- State-licensed auto lenders (for auto loan products)
- Licensed business lenders and alternative finance providers
Each lender operates under its own terms and conditions, interest rate disclosures, and applicable state and federal lending regulations. Any loan offer you receive is governed by the lender's agreement, not by Lendifi.io.
Geographic Coverage
Lendifi.io accepts loan inquiries from consumers in all 50 U.S. states. However, lender availability varies by state. Not all lenders in our network are licensed to operate in every state, and loan availability, rates, and terms may vary significantly by location.
The following states are fully supported by one or more lenders in our network:
Lender availability in your state may vary. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a match with a lender licensed in your state.
Rate & APR Disclosures
Any interest rates, APRs, loan amounts, monthly payments, or savings estimates displayed on Lendifi.io — including in our savings calculator — are estimates only and are not guaranteed offers of credit. Actual rates and terms depend on:
- Your full credit history as evaluated by the lender
- Verification of your income and employment
- The lender's underwriting criteria at the time of your application
- Your state of residence and applicable state lending laws
- The loan amount, term, and purpose
Representative APR example: Our savings calculator uses national average rates as benchmarks. For example, the national average APR for credit cards in 2026 is approximately 22–28.6%. Actual rates you qualify for may be higher or lower. A representative personal loan APR for a borrower with good credit (680–719) might be approximately 11–17% APR depending on the lender, term, and loan amount. These are illustrations only and not offers of credit.
Lendifi.io does not perform hard credit inquiries. The credit score you provide is self-reported and used only to match you with lenders whose general eligibility criteria align with your stated profile.
Equal Housing & Fair Lending
Lendifi.io and its lender partners are committed to equal housing opportunity. Lenders in our network who offer mortgage products are Equal Housing Lenders. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap, familial status, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal or state law.
If you believe you have been discriminated against in connection with a loan, you may contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at consumerfinance.gov or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at hud.gov.
Regulatory Compliance
Lendifi.io operates in compliance with the following federal regulations as applicable to a lead generation company:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) — We obtain express written consent before transmitting consumer data to lenders who may contact consumers by phone or text.
- CAN-SPAM Act — All email communications from Lendifi.io include a clear unsubscribe mechanism and accurate sender identification.
- Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) — We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect the security of non-public personal financial information.

- Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18.
- FTC Act Section 5 — We do not engage in unfair or deceptive acts or practices in connection with our marketing or lead generation activities.
Compliance with additional state-specific regulations (such as California's CCPA, New York's SHIELD Act, and Virginia's CDPA) is ongoing. We recommend consumers in any state review our Privacy Policy for full details on data practices.
